COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Here is a list of procedures we have put into place at German Excellence to keep you and our staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

*Pick Up and Delivery of Vehicles Is Available.

*We have implemented a remote sign in and check out process to keep our facility a controlled and safe environment.

Staff:
*Our Staff is required to stay home if not feeling well.
* Each staff members temperature is monitored through out the business day.
* Our Technicians are wearing gloves and replace them between each vehicle.

Lobby:
* Lobby is closed as a social distancing practice.

Vehicles Arrival:
*Vehicle pick up and drop off is available on a case by case basis.
*Vehicle may be dropped off utilizing our drop box system.
*Repair orders are emailed to you for service approval.

Vehicle Safety:
*Your vehicle's steering wheel, shifter and driver's door handle are sanitized before and after work is performed.
*Our technicians are wearing gloves as well as changing them between client vehicles.
*Repair orders are emailed to you for service approval.
*Client keys are cleaned when you drop off vehicle.

Payment Arrangement:
*Invoices sent via email for payment.
