Great work, honest and excellent repairs. Awesome service great place to have your car serviced. Rick was excellent to deal with very professional. Brought car in for failed rear suspension and the problem was diagnosed to a faulty air line/fitting. Could have easily ripped me off for major repairs but they were honest and had the issue fixes for less than 200. Found my new favorite repair shop the next time I am in Florida. If you open a franchise in NY let me know.

Good old fashion garage you can trust! This is my first Porsche and, when needing to have general service work, I found German Excellence through a referral and the local PCA group. My first experience with Don, Rick, Shay, and the group at German Excellence exceeded my expectations with their honesty, integrity, friendliness, and the work they performed. I recently had what I consider major work done and they were very thorough with their analysis as well as the work performed. They did not recommend unnecessary work, but rather focused on diagnosing the issue and making the required repair. I did not have to worry about being overcharged or having work done that was not necessary. I trust their work and appreciate the attention they give me when I am there.

One of the best shops I've ever dealt with. I first met Don, Rick and German Excellence team in March. I needed a clutch replacement and intermediate shaft bearing replacement for my vehicle. An intermediate shaft bearing replacement is a repair that only a handful of select technicians can handle. Not only did Don and his team expertly handle my repair, but they explained to me every step of the process in a away that I could understand. My car was completed in a timely fashion and the entire time I was in the waiting area, Shay and everyone that I spoke with were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Even the other customers. I highly recommend German Excellence for any Porsche or German car repair.

If you are as dissatisfied with your Mercedes dealer's service, attitude and price as I was, you should call German Excellence! What nice people and very competent. Not only is the office clean and neat, the shop is neat and clean as well. Don and his staff are superb! Perhaps the most important part, I saved a bundle over what I would have paid at a Mercedes dealer.

Excellent service and good feedback of what is going on with repairs. Solved a problem with a Porsche 911 SC that had been undiagnosed/unsolved previously by another garage.

I've used German excellence exclusively for all my vehicles over the past 3 years. They've serviced my mercedes gl 550, Porsche boxster, BMW 335, Porsche 997 turbo and are rebuilding my 1960 Porsche 356 engine and transaxle. They're honest, cost-effective, knowledgable and a quality group of people. I'd not hesitate to recommend German excellence for minor or major work on early of late model European autos.
